Confidence is important and fragile.  Ask any football or rugby player how easy it is to loose confidence in a game.  It’s a fragile commodity, and one you have to manage.

When presenting confidence is something we all need.  Our normal preparation helps as we concentrate on the message.  And of course practice helps a lot.
